Jo Davies Architectural was founded in 2000 and has been providing architectural services in the Swansea Area on a wide variety of projects.
Offering bespoke design solutions and services to a wide range of domestic, residential and commercial clients at competitive prices...we are able to produce plans and surveys to your specification, and to a high standard:
• Planning applications and Building control submissions for Extensions, Loft Conversions, Barn Conversions, New Houses (individual & Housing Developments), Commercial Buildings, Floor Plans, Change of Use, Listed buildings, Conveyancing & Building Surveys.
• Provide a free initial visit where we can provide advice and discuss the planning implications of your proposals and the likelihood of obtaining approval.
• Take a brief and translate it into a Traditional or Contemporary, functional creative design, making the best use of space.
• Provide measured building surveys

We will submit applications on behalf of our clients to the relevant planning authorities on your behalf and negotiate with them as necessary during the consent process.
All drawings (plans, sections and elevations) will be created in Autocad and are sent to the client in PDF format or printed paper copies, for approval.
